About Garry Kucer

Just a brief history of myself and then we will get into my expertise and how I am here to serve you first. I have multiple degrees from Purdue University. I have a B.S. in psychology and and A.D. in nursing. I worked as a nurse for 23 years before going into the real estate world.

Before becoming a realtor, I invested in properties throughout California and in Idaho. This desire led me to get my license so I can help others.

I specialize in residential properties through out San Luis Obispo county. I live in San Luis Obispo, so I feel I am centrally located to help anyone through  out the county interested in selling or buying a home.

My direction has led me to focus alot of my energy in helping people with preforeclosure and foreclosure issues.

As a former registered nurse, I feel I have the people skills and desire to guide you, no matter what the situation. I have great communication and negotiation skills as stated by my clients and people who know me. My caring for others is one of my greatest assets.
