 Sellers on the other hand are fascinating to work with. Many sellers need education on what it takes to sell a home in todays market. Many sellers think it is wise to price their homes above what it is worth and then come down. In todays market, not a wise idea. History and the facts  prove that a home priced correctly at the get go will actually sell quicker and for more money than the overpriced home. Just be careful.
